Engage is Happierleads' built-in email campaign feature. It allows you to send automatic emails directly from the platform to your leads. To use this feature, you will need to connect an email address to your account through integrations.

Firstly, you will need to connect an email account via Integrations.

After this has been done, you can move onto Engage.

Click on the Engage icon (Envelope icon) on the left hand side -

After, go to the top right hand side and click the button New Campaign where the settings of your email campaign will appear like this -

Toggle these settings to your requirements and click Create.

Once you've created your campaign, you will be taken to Sequences where you'll create your own custom emails. Click Add Email Template and a pop up should appear like this -

This is the section where you can input your subject line, compose the body of your email, select the timing for sending, incorporate custom fields for personalization, and conduct tests on your email.

After you've created your first email template, this will automatically be your first email.

To add more emails, all you'll need to do is click add step below your last email you created.
