Automations are rules that automatically trigger actions when visitors are identified on your website. Instead of manually reviewing leads and sending them to your systems, automations do this work for you instantly.

Every time a new visitor is identified, HappierLeads checks your automations. If the visitor matches your criteria (like company size, lead score, or industry), the automation triggers and sends the lead data to your chosen destination.

When sending leads to a CRM, you need to configure ownership and field mapping:

 Connecting a CRM doesn't automatically send leads. You must create an automation to actively send leads. CRM connections only show whether identified visitors already exist in your CRM.
