Connecting a CRM does NOT automatically send leads to it. It only shows you if a visiting company already exists in your CRM.

Go to Settings > Integrations > Connect your CRM. This allows HappierLeads to check if identified visitors already exist in your database.

To actually send leads to your CRM, you must create an automation. Go to Automations > Create New > Select your CRM.

You can also manually send individual leads to your CRM by clicking the CRM icon next to any visitor in the Reveal dashboard.
