US privacy laws work on notice and opt-out, not opt-in. You can identify the exact visitor (name, work email, phone, LinkedIn and company) as long as you:

Since September 2026 we identify the exact UK visitor, just like in the US. Most UK websites already run a cookie banner; if yours does, add Happierleads to the Marketing category and list us in your privacy policy. Business contacts in the UK can be emailed without prior opt-in.

For EU/EEA visitors we identify the company from the IP address and suggest the right contact at that company for the job titles you target. We never identify the individual EU visitor, which keeps you on the safe side of GDPR while still giving you a person to reach out to. EU websites run a consent banner as standard: put Happierleads in the Marketing category.

In the other countries where we identify the exact visitor, the same simple setup works: mention us in your privacy policy and cookie notice and offer the opt-out link.
