Happierleads identifies the exact people visiting your website — name, email, phone and LinkedIn — along with their company details. Install the tracking pixel and identified visitors appear on your Identify screen in real time.

Yes, you need to install a small tracking pixel (JavaScript code) on your website. This is a one-time setup that takes just a few minutes. The pixel is lightweight and won't affect your site's performance. We provide installation guides for all major platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and custom HTML sites.

How long does it take to start seeing results?

Once the tracking pixel is installed, you'll start seeing visitor data within 1-2 hours. The identification happens in real-time, but there may be a short delay as data is processed and enriched with company information. Your own company's visits are automatically excluded from the data.

Yes! All new accounts include a free trial with identification credits. You can explore all features without entering payment information. When you're ready to continue after the trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan that fits your needs.

What percentage of visitors can you identify?

We identify between 40% and 60% of website traffic.

In the USA and the other exact-visitor countries (174 in total, the UK included) we identify the individual person and their company; in the EU/EEA, because of GDPR, we identify the company and give you a suggested contact there. The exact figure depends on your traffic mix — how much of it is business traffic versus residential, mobile or bot traffic. Because every website is different we can’t give you a single number up front: start the free trial, install the pixel, and you’ll see the real identification rate on your own traffic within a few days.

Visitors on residential connections, mobile networks, or VPNs cannot be identified as they don't use business IP addresses.

Can you identify individual people or just companies?

. For the US and many other countries, we also identify individual visitors through our opt-in partnership network. For GDPR countries, we identify companies using IP address technology. A credit is used when we identify a new visitor on your website. If the same visitor comes back, no further credit is used.

Your plan's monthly credits reset on your billing anniversary date, and unused plan credits do not carry over. Top-up credits you buy (one-off top-ups, Auto top-up, or the extra leads on an upgrade) never expire: your plan's monthly leads are used first and do not roll over, then your top-up credits, and whatever top-up credits you don't use roll over to the next month. Bought credits are non-refundable.
