The Master Inbox is your centralized hub for managing all email replies from your email campaigns. Instead of checking multiple email accounts, view and respond to all campaign replies in one place.

The Master Inbox is organized into four main sections:

Your main inbox shows all new replies from leads that haven't been read or actioned yet. Each conversation displays:

View all emails you've sent through the Master Inbox. This includes replies to leads and any follow-up messages sent from the platform.

See emails that are scheduled to be sent at a future date and time. You can:

Conversations you've archived are stored here. Archive conversations that are resolved or don't require further action to keep your inbox clean.

Click on any conversation in the inbox to view the full email thread. The right panel shows:

Use the search bar at the top of the inbox to quickly find specific conversations:

Archive conversations that are resolved or don't need further action:

Archived conversations can be restored to your inbox at any time.

If you need to come back to a conversation later, mark it as unread to keep it visible in your inbox.

The inbox displays conversations in pages of 50. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages:
