Subscribing to Topics and Setting Daily Limits

From the Leads page, click "Manage topics →" in the Intent Topics sidebar. (If you don't see the sidebar, your account may not yet be eligible — see our eligibility article.)

Browse the catalog (350+ topics across 30+ categories). Each card shows the topic, a short description, and the average expected daily signals.

Tip: subscribe to 3–5 topics that closely match what you sell rather than every related topic. Closely-matched topics produce higher-quality leads.

Open the subscription card and click "Edit limit" to change your cap. New limits take effect on the next delivery cycle (within minutes). Pausing a topic stops deliveries immediately without removing the subscription.

Each delivered signal consumes 1 lead credit. The dashboard shows your remaining credits and warns you if your combined daily limits across all topics could exceed your plan budget.

Step-by-step: how to browse the topic catalog, subscribe to topics relevant to your business, and tune your daily delivery cap.
