The number of leads shown in the HappierLeads dashboard does not match the number imported into Zoho.

Hello Neha, I do not see a zoho integration into your account so we have not imported any leads to your zoho. Therefor I can't answer your question. You need to import them via an automation if you did it via another way like CSV export e.t.c, you need to clarify more. The dashboard is loading fine for me look here. When I click the dashboard, I can see all the leads identified for each day. If you click on a lead, you can see the more details and yes there is the phone number available there and in CSV exports and in the integrations but you need to be more specific where you need it. For the credits, you probably overthinking it. It's very simple: 1 lead = 1 person (with all information like sessions, company data, emails, linkedin, phone when those are available). This 1 row in the table is 1 credit. Then if this person comes back again later on, we do not charge you again.
