Resellers evaluating the white-label package ask two fair questions: can Happierleads see my clients, and could Happierleads ever go after them? Here are the straight answers.

Technically, yes. Your white-label runs on our infrastructure. Your clients' accounts, websites and identified leads sit in our database under your application, the same way any hosting provider can see its tenant's data. There is no white-label product anywhere that avoids this, and we would rather say it plainly than pretend otherwise.

We are happy to put a non-solicitation clause in the white-label agreement covering your clients for the life of the partnership. Ask for it on the setup call and it is added.

There are far more businesses with a website than either of us can reach alone. Losing one or two accounts to protect a reseller relationship is a trade we make without hesitation, because the partnership is worth many times more to us than any single client.

Do you have an OEM product, and what does it cost?

California Delete Act, DROP and data brokers

Straight answers for resellers: your clients' accounts run on our infrastructure, so we can technically see them like any host. What we do with that is nothing, and here is what that means in practice.
