Prior to connecting your Slack account, we highly recommend setting up your Lead Scoring as it is a prerequisite for configuring your automations.
Head over to your integrations on your account -
Select Connect under the Slack integration box -
A new tab will open, follow the steps that are provided on that tab.
After you have completed the set up, you will be re-directed to the automations tab to set up your first automation -
Follow the path provided to you on screen.
Also, don't forget to name and save your automation! This is important.
